Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These terms govern the use of this website and the hiring of CREANOVIX services. If a project has a signed contract or proposal, that document takes precedence over these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using this website, requesting a quote or hiring a service, you accept these terms. To hire our services you must be of legal age and have legal capacity, or act on behalf of a business with authority to do so.
2. Services
- CREANOVIX Technology: web and app development, ERP, point of sale, invoicing, CRM, automation, support and maintenance.
- CREANOVIX Print & Media: branding, printing and signage, DTF and uniforms, sublimation, stamps, laser engraving, 3D printing and digital advertising.
- CREANOVIX Academy: courses in programming, design and digital tools, and corporate training.
The specific scope of each project is the one set out in its proposal.
3. Quotes and contracting
Quotes are free and valid for 15 calendar days from the date they are sent. A project is formalised when the proposal is accepted in writing (by email or signature), which sets out the scope, deliverables, schedule and payment terms.
4. Payments
Payments are made in stages, as set out in the proposal: normally a deposit at the start and the rest at the agreed deliveries. Each payment comes with its invoice. If a payment is late, we may pause the project until it is settled, and the schedule will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Project changes
Features or changes not included in the accepted proposal are quoted separately before being carried out, so you always know what you are paying for and when it will be delivered.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel a project at any time by giving written notice. In that case, the work done up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and any amounts already paid will be applied to that work. If we are the ones who cancel, we will refund the paid portion corresponding to work not carried out and hand over the work completed so far.
7. Customised products
Printing, signage, textile, sublimation, stamp, laser engraving and 3D printing products are made to the specifications you approve. Before production we will send you a proof or sketch; once approved, later changes may involve an additional cost.
As these are customised products, they cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, in which case we will replace them free of charge. Colours may vary slightly between the screen and the final product. You are responsible for holding the rights to the logos, images and texts you send us for reproduction.
8. Courses and training
The booking, payment and cancellation conditions for each course are stated in its announcement. We may postpone or cancel an edition if the minimum number of students is not reached; in that case we will refund what you paid or offer you a place in the next edition.
Certificates issued by CREANOVIX Academy are our own certificates of attendance or achievement and are not official qualifications. Students who are minors need the authorisation of their parent or guardian.
9. Intellectual property
The texts, designs and logos on this website belong to CREANOVIX. Code and designs created specifically for your project become yours once the full amount has been paid. Any open-source libraries and tools used keep their own licences.
Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show the finished project in our portfolio, without publishing confidential information.
10. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information on time so the schedule can be met.
- Provide the content (texts, images, logos) and hold the rights to use it.
- Grant the necessary access and keep the domain, hosting and app store accounts (Google Play, App Store) in their own name, along with their costs.
- Review and approve each delivery within a reasonable time.
11. Warranty and support
Every software or web project includes a 60-day warranty from final delivery: during that time we fix, free of charge, any malfunctions in what we developed. The warranty does not cover new features, design changes or faults caused by third parties or by outside modifications. After that period, you can hire a maintenance plan.
12. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for problems caused by:
- outages or failures of external providers (hosting, internet, app stores, third-party services);
- changes to the code or configuration made by people outside CREANOVIX;
- unauthorised access due to weak passwords or careless use of credentials;
- use of the system other than as intended.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected project, except as provided by law.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake not to disclose any technical, commercial or financial information they learn during the project, including after it ends.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each project is subject to the version in force at the time its proposal is accepted.
15. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a client in another country, such as Venezuela, the proposal may state the law applicable to your project. In the event of any disagreement, we will first try to resolve it in good faith; if that is not possible, it will be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers.
