2. What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number and, if you tell us, the name of your business.
• Project data: the information you share so we can prepare a quote or carry out your project (requirements, content, documents and, where necessary, access to your services).
• Order data: the designs, logos, texts or files you send us to make customised products, and delivery details.
• Student data: for courses, name, age and contact details. If the student is a minor, we may also ask for the contact details of their parent or guardian.
• Technical browsing data: basic information logged by the server when you visit the website, such as your IP address or browser type.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes.
• To carry out and deliver the services you hire.
• To make and deliver your orders for customised products.
• To manage your enrolment in CREANOVIX Academy courses and issue certificates.
• To provide support and maintenance after delivery.
• To issue invoices and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.

4. Legal basis

• Your consent, when you send the form or write to us.
• Preparing and performing a contract, when you request a quote or hire a service.
• Compliance with legal obligations, for example regarding invoicing.

5. Security and confidentiality

We protect your data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted-access storage and backups. Any passwords or access you give us for a project are used only for that project, and we recommend changing them once it is finished.

6. We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent or transfer your data for commercial or advertising purposes. We only share it with the providers essential to deliver the service, listed in section 10, or when required by a competent authority.

7. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. If you are a client, for the duration of the business relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and accounting rules.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, or receive it in a portable format. You can also withdraw your consent. Write to us at info.creanovix@gmail.com and we will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.

If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

9. Clients in other countries

We work with clients in Spain, Venezuela and other countries. Wherever you are, we apply the safeguards described in this policy, in addition to those recognised by the laws of your place of residence.

10. Providers and third-party services

To run this website and respond to you, we work with the following providers, who process your data only to provide their service to us:

• Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages): hosts this website. It logs technical data such as your IP address to serve the pages and protect them against attacks. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate: it does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track your activity on other websites.
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): receives the data you submit through the contact form and forwards it to us by email.
• Google (Gmail): manages our email, where we receive your messages.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider participates in it, or by the contractual safeguards offered by the provider.

The website fonts are served from our own hosting, so visiting the website does not send your data to Google.

11. Cookies

This website only uses the technical cookies needed for it to work. Visit measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies or store any information on your device. If analytics or advertising cookies are added in the future, we will inform you and ask for your consent.

We may update this policy for legal or technical reasons. The current version will always be published on this page, with its update date.
